What the price includes
- The school-wide assembly, whichever package you choose.
- The writing workshops in that package, capped at ten students each.
- A Young Author Certificate for every workshop participant.
- Written confirmation of timings, room needs and how the groups are arranged before the day.
What is quoted separately
Travel, and any arrangement outside the published packages, is itemised on the written quotation rather than folded into the headline price. You see the total before you commit to anything.
Give your school address on the request form and the quotation comes back with the travel position for your location already worked out.
How a school pays
Nothing is paid on this website. There is no cart, no checkout and no card form anywhere on the site.
Once a date and a package are agreed, the booking is invoiced so your district can process it exactly the way it processes any other outside vendor. Purchase order numbers are carried on the invoice.
If you need a W-9 or need to be set up as a vendor first, tick that box on the request form and it is handled before the invoice is raised rather than after.
Payment terms, deposit position and cancellation terms are stated in full on the written quotation and the booking agreement. Those two documents, not this page, are what your school agrees to. Booking terms.
